As a key member of our field team, you’ll handle a variety of roofing projects including installations, repairs, and skylight work. Responsibilities:
- Install and repair residential and commercial roofs
- Perform leak diagnostics and apply appropriate repairs
- Work with various roofing materials: shingles, flat roofing, and metal
- Follow safety protocols and quality control standards
- 2+ years of roofing experience
- Strong understanding of roofing systems and flashing techniques
- Comfortable working at heights and with heavy materials
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
2. Roofing Project Manager
This leadership role oversees the full lifecycle of roofing projects, ensuring timely completion, budget control, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Manage roofing projects from planning to completion
- Coordinate teams and subcontractors
- Communicate with clients regarding progress and timelines
- Ensure compliance with Greenville’s permitting and building codes
- 3+ years of experience in project or construction management
